Standard 3.2              Use of Materials and Resources

Are materials and resources used to support the instructional goals for the class and do they engage students in meaningful learning.

 

A variety of materials and resources are used to support the instructional goals for the class, even the graveyard behind the football field.  I generally use this activity around Halloween.   A variety of classroom sets of books and workbooks are available for content support and reinforcement.

 

I also use the game of Life and Monopoly to support the Career Prep Math instructional goals.

 

I also use the newspaper as well for the students relate some lessons to an article or advertisement in the newspaper.
