Blythewood fell to the Sumter Gamecocks in the second game of the 2007 Michelin Pre-Season Tournament.
Legare Jones pitched the complete game for the Bengals. Jones gave up three earned runs and struck out seven Sumter batters in the loss.
Ross Kistler, Dwayne Addy, and Michael Hanzlik each had hits for Blythewood.
