Pre-season

  • Don’t forget to stay in shape. If you are swimming at the Y now, that’s awesome!
  • If you are not either swimming or playing a Spring sport, continue to run, stretch, and do ab and strength work on your own.
  • Plan to swim summer league if you can: CCC, JCC, the Y, or somewhere else.
  • Convince your swimming friends – those at BHS or going to be in 7th or 8th grade – to come out and join the fun.
